I especially excited about all the independent breweries involved. The whole band will be playing from 2 – 6 p.m. Check out the info below.

TICKETS: Event admission tickets are $20 in advance (advance ticket sales close at noon on March 6), $30 at door

Event admission ticket includes commemorative pint glass (for advance ticket purchasers), two tasting tickets, trail pass, live music

LAYOUT:  Food and beer tasting will be separated into three sections: in the banquet hall, behind the banquet hall in heated tent with outdoor bonfire and live music from Mike Moran Band, and at a trail station (with recorded music) about 1K from the main facilities. A special S’mores station (with traditional do-it-yourself S’mores making and “S’morsels” sampling from Morsels) will be set up about 1/2K from the lodge to satisfy your sweet tooth.  You can snowshoe or cross-country ski to the trail station. Tasting tickets will be available at all locations for $1.00 each. One ticket garners a four ounce taste, so four tickets gets you a pint of beer.

SNOWSHOES:  Snowshoes will be available for rent for $10 per pair at Timber Ridge on a first-come, first-served basis. Our sponsor Brick Wheels will also reserve on a no-reservation basis.

FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE: Celtic Transport will be generously providing a shuttle to and from downtown Traverse City and our partner hotels at no charge for your convenience and safety. Celtic Transport will do its best to maintain this schedule, but please be patient if you are waiting. This is a free service, and Timber Ridge is appreciative of the help to ensure the safety of our event guests and others on the road.

Pick up and drop off is at each hotel’s front entrance.  If you are not a guest of these hotels, you can park downtown and hop on at the Park Place or simply walk to the hotel closest to you.

CANINE FRIENDS (OR, DOGS):  No dogs are allowed at the event.  Thank you for leaving Fido at home.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED. YOU MAY ONLY CONSUME BEER FOR PURCHASE IN THE DESIGNATED DRINKING AREAS.
